We had a fantastic stay! The location was great, with easy access to transportation. Parking was a breeze, either with the free parking or the affordable nearby car park. The beds were really comfy and the showers were powerful. The kitchen had excellent facilities, making it a joy to cook in. The decor was lovely and the dining table and seating areas were spacious. We also loved the garden, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The hosts were communicative and friendly, making our stay even better.
Almost perfect.

Neap Tide was a home away from home with its spacious and beautifully furnished interiors. I loved cooking in the fully equipped kitchen while enjoying the view of the pretty garden and the distant windmill. The lounge area was so comfy, especially the large L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. The powerful showers were a treat, and the downstairs loo was really handy. The location was great, with no road noise and easy access to a path leading to the picturesque Cinque Port of Winchelsea. Plus, the center of Rye was just a short walk away, offering everything we needed. I had the most wonderful stay at Neap Tide.
The sofa in the living room wasn't very comfortable, especially for someone with a bad back like me. It lacked support, so I ended up using the occasional chair in the corner for extra comfort.

We had an amazing time at this spacious and beautifully furnished home. the kitchen was fully equipped and overlooked a pretty garden. the lounge was so comfy with a large L-shaped sofa, great TV, and a dining table that easily seated 6/8 people. the master ensuite bedroom was luxurious, and the showers were really powerful. We all slept well, away from any road noise. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and close to a path leading to the Cinque Port of Winchelsea.
The sofa was uncomfortable and lacked support, which was a challenge for someone with a bad back.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and cozy rooms. On my first stay, they even helped me with taxi tips. The place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a dryer, a flat-screen TV, and cots for my pet. It's perfect for a romantic escape.
